One of the things we've learned is to listen to you - our customers. It's not because we always wanted to be shopkeepers that we have a retail outlet In Bristol. It's because it helps us keep an ear to the ground and hear exactly what people want, what could be improved and how we can do it. So if you've anything to ask us, don't be shy. If it doesn't exist, It will soon.
Armed with this type of ammunition, and with other more technical staff gleaned from our professional contacts, we go into R&D mode ('Research And Development' For Those Not Up On The Acronyms). When we come out the other end we've more often than not designed something new, either for a specific client need or for general use. For instance cleverly integrated kit like the D2 environment controller.
